Rubbish collector Cleanaway Waste Management is in talks to acquire one of its biggest competitors, the Australian arm of France’s Suez.
It is understood Cleanaway has been in drawn out talks to buy Suez’s local waste management assets, which includes collecting and processing rubbish from more than 4 millions residents and businesses.
