Former Domain chief executive Antony Catalano and Melbourne billionaire Alex Waislitz have been quietly plugging away on a deal to lift their stake in View.com.au via media venture View Media Group, which has already scored big-ticket backing from ANZ and Seven West Media.

Antony Catalano is the former boss of Domain Group.
