Canada’s OMERS makes big Aussie solar bet, buys FRV stake

Canadian pension fund OMERS has added a substantial renewable energy investment to its Australian investment portfolio, agreeing terms to acquire a 49 per cent of FRV Australia.

FRV's solar farm in Moree, NSW, is one of three operating farms in its portfolio, while there are two more slated to commence production in the coming to years.
