ASX-listed gold explorer Calidus Resources had launched a capital raising and hired Canaccord Genuity and Discovery Capital Partners as joint lead managers.
The deal comprises an institutional placement to raise about $7 million with the ability to take oversubscriptions of up to an additional $2 million, according to terms sent to fund managers on Tuesday.
