Bruce Buchanan’s $6b-plus adtech Rokt warms up investors for 2026 deal

Former Jetstar boss Bruce Buchanan’s adtech Rokt has been pressing the flesh with a handful of local and global investors as it speeds towards a payday for its early backers after shooting past $1 billion in annual revenue.

Street Talk understands Morgan Stanley has introduced Rokt to half a dozen North American investors and a handful of domestic funds in recent weeks, laying the groundwork for a multibillion-dollar liquidity event next year.
