Body scanning biz Evolt kicks off pre-IPO raise; Bell Potter in tow

Body composition scanning business Evolt 360 is eyeing a pre-Christmas initial public offering after launching a funding round, Street Talk understands.

The raise, which has not officially closed, was supported by existing investor Regal Funds and later-stage growth fund manager Perennial Partners. It’s also expected to attract a strategic investor, although the party is yet to sign, sources say.
