Brisbane-based biotech Tissue Therapies is raising up to $13.2 million through Bell Potter Securities and RBS Morgans.

Tissue Therapies raised $8.7 million in a placement to professional and sophisticated investors and is seeking another $4.5 million from existing shareholders.
