Beach Energy to acquire Origin's Lattice in $1.58 billion deal

Beach Energy will acquire Origin Energy's conventional oil and gas arm, Lattice Energy for $1.58 billion.

An equity raising to finance the purchase is set to be launched, overseen by Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and UBS.
