Bain Capital is digging in on its $3-a-share bid for aged care operator Estia Health, Street Talk can reveal.
Sources said that the Boston-headquartered buyout fund, led locally by Mike Murphy, was reaching a critical point in the first round of due diligence and preparing to front its investment committee as early as this week for approval to proceed.
