Macquarie analysts have valued initial public offering-hopeful Aventus Property at $622 million to $903 million, using a combination of valuation methodologies.
Macquarie, the float's sole lead manager and bookrunner, sent pre-IPO marketing reports to fund managers on Monday ahead of an analyst and management roadshow aimed at raising a few hundred million dollars for the property fund.
