Alffie, Open Colleges seek new owner; Blackpeak on sell-side
Australians are lining up to take online courses. Now, Ripple Group, which houses two of the country’s best-known online training businesses, has been put up for sale by its family office owner.
Street Talk understands Open Colleges, founded in 1921 as a distance education provider, and Alffie, the country’s biggest provider of online employment training and compliance, are on the block via Scott Colvin and Max Billingham’s boutique firm, Blackpeak Capital.
