Rich Lister Raphael Geminder, who chairs the battling packaging company Pact Group, says the recommendations of a detailed strategic review by new chief executive Sanjay Dayal will be examined by the board later this month.

Mr Geminder owns 41 per cent of the company, which lost its way after the poor integration of a string of acquisitions and rising raw material costs hit margins, causing its share price to halve in the past 16 months.
