The Mexican chain started by billionaire Rich Lister Sam Prince has secured franchisee commitments for its next 100 locations before the opening of its 300th store on Wednesday.
Zambrero’s rapid expansion comes on the back of a major capital raising in late 2022, collecting $250 million from London private equity firm Metric Capital and Scott Farquhar’s Skip Capital.
