Last year in March and in September, we cast a gimlet eye over the copious related party transactions of WiseTech Global with its founders Richard White and Maree Isaacs.

On the latter occasion, Isaacs was in the process of terminating the last of her third-party contracts with WiseTech and the company assured us that “it is our intention to transition out of related party arrangements with [White] throughout FY20 and FY21.”
