The only thing more worrying than the mass selldown of shares by DroneShield’s chief executive Oleg Vornik, chair Peter James and director Jethro Marks in the past fortnight has been their radio silence since.
The trio’s sales, which amounted to almost $70 million in stock and included Vornik’s entire holding, were disclosed last Thursday. This obviously sparked questions from analysts and investors about the company’s future and prompted a share price crash of almost 40 per cent.
