Swoop countersues in trademark stoush
Myriam RobinRear Window editorIt’s been a successful few weeks on the ASX for the Andrew Forrest-backed Swoop Holdings, whose share price is up 164 per cent since its IPO on May 27.
This has been great for the group’s key backers, most particularly Forrest’s Tattarang, whose nearly 20 per cent stake is up $28 million on paper.
