Incoming Star Entertainment CEO Steve McCann’s chip stack involves a $2.5 million cash salary, $7.5 million in sign-on bonuses (spread out over the next few years), a $2.5 million free retention bonus (paid in FY26), and a no-hurdle short-term incentive bonus of $5 million (across FY25 and FY26).
