PolyNovo chief finally joins board
The next time Paul Brennan changes his holdings, he will be obliged to disclose it.

But back in October, we were rather surprised to discover that the chief of biotech PolyNovo had managed to dispose of 722,155 shares in the company over the preceding financial year, all without us (or anyone else) noticing.
Paul Brennan, while happy to discuss his sales, was under no obligation to disclose them, because he didn't technically sit on PolyNovo's board.
