PEXA shares commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on July 1, with Link Administration Holdings retaining 42.8 per cent of the outstanding shares.

Almost nine months ago, private equity giants PEP (which floated Link in 2015) and Carlyle offered to buy Link for $5.40 per share – or, alternatively, Link without its PEXA stake for $3.80 per share.
