It’s hard to be certain of the influence of John Karantzis over the Friday statement of Southern Cross Payments, the remaining Australian rump of the company once known as iSignthis.

If we were to judge it by sheer chutzpah, however, we’d guess he drafted it himself. While facing a mirror, staring into his own face, struck anew by its nobility.
