We imagine for Specialty Fashion Group's recently departed chief Gary Perlstein, the runaway share price of the company he led for 14 years is, at best, bitter-sweet.
On the one hand, Perlstein remains both the company's landlord and largest individual shareholder. So he has some interest in it doing well, which it has. On the other, it must suck to see someone else come along to take the credit for such resounding success.
