As you could surmise, the Brisbane-based company helmed by founder-managing director Andrew Catsoulis owns and operates hundreds of storage facilities. The firm has $4.5 billion in real estate assets, $188 million in yearly cash flow, and a $3.17 billion market cap – which puts it somewhere in the top 10 biggest public firms in Brisbane.
