Dotz Nano corrects chief Bernie Brookes ... on 15 counts
Due to a ‘breakdown in the company’s internal communication process’, the ex-Myer chief gave shareholders the wrong idea, on more than a dozen fronts.
Myriam RobinSenior WriterDotz Nano is a teeny ASX-listed product tracing company. And on Monday, it informed investors that at a briefing for “a small number” of overseas investors last December, its CEO made no fewer than 15 factual statements requiring correction or clarification.
Said CEO? None other than former Myer chief Bernie Brookes, until recently the company’s non-executive chairman. He stepped into the CEO position on an interim basis last September.
