Enough ink to drown a small army has been spilled recounting how the taxpayer forked out $19,950 on Cartier watches for Australian Post employees.
A single squadron would be rendered only slightly damp by the ink spilled keeping a close eye on the government’s annual $50 billion outsourcing bill, which helps plaster over the increasingly large expertise gaps in the public service.
