Recently, Elon Musk recommended his 197 million X followers watch a Nazi-sympathising historian (he later deleted the post) and joked about impregnating Taylor Swift (“Fine Taylor … you win … I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life”).

Reacting to the news of another attempted attack on Donald Trump on Monday, he wondered: “And no one is even trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala (thinking man emoji).” Late Monday, he also deleted that tweet.
