Airtasker chairman sells a million shares

Airtasker chairman, North Sydney councillor and Ukrainian aid enthusiast James Spenceley sold a million Airtasker shares to secure $244,801 last Tuesday.

No reason for the share disposal was given to the ASX, although it’s pretty clear Spenceley has had some expenses of late, having personally donated two ambulances (and raised funds for more) to the invaded nation. We called and asked, and it seems some funds secured from the share sale will go to further that effort.
