The complexity of the deal cobbled together to fund the takeover offer Tony Pitt's 360 Capital lobbed for Asia Pacific Data Centre this week is something to behold.
The takeover proposal has three separate sources of funding, and rival bidder NextDC (whose own offer for APDC lapsed in two weeks ago) alleges some of it is practically impossible to execute given NextDC's own 29.2 per cent stake in APDC.
