Developer TWT Property Group is planning to roll out vendor financing to its apartment and townhouse buyers at its Sydney projects in Ultimo, Pyrmont and Bondi Junction.
The developer which snapped up the coveted Tabcorp headquarters in the innercity Sydney suburb of Ultimo from AMP Wholesale Office Fund in 2014 for an apartment project is planning to source private funds from both local and overseas investors for loans.
