The NSW government's compulsory acquisition of sites for the Sydney Metro project in the Sydney CBD has led to new office leases for GlobalX and Mars Recruitment.
IT company GlobalX upgraded to a 592sq m lease at 1 Castlereagh Street after its former office at 175 Castlereagh Street was bought by the government.
