BRW rich listers, the Tarascios, will pioneer a new asset class in Melbourne's heated apartment market with the family's Salta Properties to develop and retain ownership of all 260 units in a new $330 million Docklands tower.
The tower will also include the city's first Hotel Indigo, to be managed by the InterContinental Hotel Group.
