Prominent Western Sydney developer and builder, the Merhis Group, is being pursued by the Australian Tax Office over millions of dollars of tax debts.

Led by Nasser Khalil Merhi and Mark Merhi, the family run business currently has six apartment projects underway in Liverpool, Auburn, Blacktown, Parramatta and Bankstown and is offering interest-free vendor financing through a company called Merhis Connect.
