Melbourne developer Makland Group has acquired a prime high-rise development site in Box Hill for more than $13 million with a scheme in place for 379 apartments.
Box Hill, 14 kilometres east of the city, has rapidly transformed into Melbourne's premier suburban high-rise hub with more than 20 towers under construction or in the pipeline surrounding the train station and shopping precinct.
