House price growth in Sydney accelerates to 19pc in March: CoreLogic

House price growth accelerated further in March, with gains in Sydney and Melbourne pushing higher than previous cyclical peaks, preliminary CoreLogic figures show.
Data for the first 28 days of the month shows Sydney prices have risen 19 per cent over the past year while Melbourne has posted a 16 per cent gain, the company said on Thursday.
