Mirvac pays $310 million for Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre

Mirvac Group has bought the Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre and Marina on the edge of the Sydney CBD for $310 million, and will examine the site’s potential for more than 220 waterfront apartments.

Mirvac Group has bought the Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre and Marina, at Drummoyne on the Parramatta River west of the Sydney CBD, for $310 million.

Mirvac will continue the current upgrade and examine the site’s potential for more than 220 waterfront apartments.
