Catholic Healthcare, one of the largest providers of Catholic aged and community services in the country, has paid $28.5 million for the Maroubra Beach RSL bowling club.
It is further evidence of the return of aged and healthcare investors to the real estate market, after a lull following the global financial crisis, according to selling agency JLL.
