Ardent Leisure has announced a series of reviews into its key US and Dreamworld assets, at the same time as disclosing a request for board representation by new investors Gary Weiss and Kevin Seymour.
The troubled leisure company will look to develop the site adjacent to its Dreamworld Gold Coast theme park and is undertaking a strategic review of its US-based Main Event business. It was also planning to appoint at least one US-based director, Ardent said on Wednesday.
