The Goodman Hardie Industrial Property Trust has capped off an acquisitive year with a strategic $5.85 million purchase of an industrial site at Lidcombe in Sydney's west.

The site, at 3 Birnie Avenue, adjoins another of the trust's properties which is being redeveloped into a 32,000 square metre industrial estate.
