Stripping down: United Petroleum founders sell Goldfingers men's club site for $50m

United Petroleum founders Eddie Hirsch and Avi Silver have stripped down their commercial property portfolio after selling the premises of Melbourne gentleman's club Goldfingers on seedy King Street for about $50 million.

Well-placed sources confirmed the notorious strip club premises and three neighbouring buildings near the corner of King and Lonsdale Streets – held in various entities co-owned by Mr Hirsch and Mr Silver – had changed hands in a highly confidential off-market deal.
