Where sellers scored a $600,000 profit flipping houses

Home sellers who flipped their properties within four years pocketed more than $600,000 gross profits on average in some areas during the June quarter, data from CoreLogic shows.
Properties held over the short term also accounted for the largest share of all homes sold, with around one out of six selling within two to four years.
