Litigation lawyer Ann Donohue and her environmental consultant husband David Snashall have sold their designer Mosman home, clocking one of the biggest sales of the coveted lower north shore suburb this year.

The final sale price is undisclosed, but is understood to be slightly below the $25 million guide, and the exact price will be revealed at settlement.
