Financial Review Rich Lister Tim Gurner along with busy private developer Goldfields are into the final shortlist of bidders for a Melbourne CBD office block that has planning approval for a 52-storey apartment and hotel complex.

Bidding on the tower at 63 Exhibition Street, which is owned by the Rich Lister Tarascio family, has been narrowed to a shortlist of four parties with offers about the $80 million market, industry sources say.
