Resort-style home linked to alleged fraudster hits market
The resort-style home Agave previously owned by accused fraudster Bill Papas has returned to market on the NSW Central Coast with price hopes of about $16 million.
The listing comes 2½ years after the Wagstaffe property sold for a Central Coast record of $16.2 million by liquidators seeking to recover assets after the football-loving Forum Finance founder fled to Greece in June 2021 amid an alleged $400 million bank fraud.
