There’s been no holiday lull for Sydney’s trophy home market, with a record-setting Northbridge sale inked on the lower north shore for about $30 million just days out from Christmas.
The hefty waterfront deal is an example of how the traditional holiday hiatus for trophy sales is also a strategic window for buyers and sellers to conclude negotiations in the countdown to the new year.
