The run of Bellevue Hill trophy home sales continues in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, with the “sold” sticker going up on the home of fashion stylist and influencer Natalie Jacobson after the contemporary mansion recently hit the market guiding $46 million.

Set to take the keys is private equity figure Nick Speer and his wife Camilla, who is a member of Melbourne’s property-developing Deague family. The purchase confirms the couple’s intentions to stay in Sydney, despite Nick recently handing in his resignation from Affinity Equity Partners, where he was country head.
