Luxury house prices on Sydney’s north shore have scaled new heights following the sale of a Northbridge waterfront linked to the Primo Smallgoods family for about $44 million, a record north of the Harbour Bridge.

The property was sold by vendor Kristie Ward, the daughter of John Hunt, who co-founded Primo Smallgoods in 1985 and who last appeared on The Australian Financial Review Rich List in 2017 with an estimated fortune of $314 million.
