The buyer of one of Australia’s most distinctive homes, known as Starship Enterprise, has emerged as marine construction boss Greg Stockley and his partner, Sarah Burns, are the latest construction industry bosses trading pricey properties across Sydney.

The couple paid a suburb record of about $16 million when they purchased the Elanora Heights property in Sydney’s northern beaches in June. Recently updated settlement documents show the maritime contractor and his family now have the keys to the futuristic estate.
