Following last year’s sale of their Toorak compound for $61 million, the family of late Rich Lister property developer and Melbourne identity Ron Walker are selling their long-held Mornington Peninsula escape, Laguna.

After more than four decades of Walker family ownership, the Sorrento luxury clifftop home has joined the prestige market with a price guide between $15 million and $16 million.
