Metricon widow puts $5m luxury pad on market
Patricia Curtis-Kline, the widow of Metricon founder George Kline, has put up for sale her luxury three-bedroom apartment in Melbourne’s prestigious Royal Domain Tower – a building her late husband and fellow Metricon directors were instrumental in developing.
UK-born Ms Curtis-Kline is relocating to Miami – where she lived before moving to Melbourne in 2000 – and has cut her asking price to $4,895,000 for the 20th-floor apartment. She spent $1.7 million to gut and renovate the apartment with a design by Studio InArte’s Ivona Golubovic.
