Melbourne print boss offers ‘hardly lived in’ $28m Point Piper pad
Printing industry heavyweight Wayne Sidwell has put his Point Piper mansion to market, guiding $28 million for the tri-level harbour-view home used as a lavish pied-à-terre for the Melbourne-based founder of Wellcom Group printing company.
The printing entrepreneur paid $12 million to the Fiani family for the Wyuna Road property in Sydney’s east in 2017, before embarking on a complete knock-down rebuild on the circa 500-square metre blue-chip block.
