New listings have surged by up to 64 per cent over the week across Sydney’s more affordable suburbs such as Campbelltown, with more stock expected in the weeks ahead as vendors’ fear of missing out gains momentum, data from Domain shows.

The spike in listings was recorded across the city, including in tightly held areas such as Manly, Ku-ring-gai, Marrickville and Leichhardt where stock jumped by 29.6 per cent, 20.3 per cent, 11.8 per cent and 11.4 per cent respectively.
